Three lines of work, one standard. Every post gets written orders, a named supervisor and a phone that gets answered.
Event security
Social, cultural, faith-based and multicultural events at any size. Entry screening and guest list control, floor coverage, VIP and talent escort, parking and lot patrol, crowd flow, lost-child and medical hand-off to your on-site EMS, and orderly close-out after the last guest leaves.
Private security
Coverage for private property and private people. Standing posts and roving patrol for homes, gated communities and short-term details, plus discreet accompaniment for clients who would rather not be noticed arriving or leaving.
Corporate security
Lobby and access control, industrial and commercial patrol, contractor and visitor management, and retail loss prevention built on deterrence rather than confrontation. Officers are trained to support your team, your vendors and your customers — not to police them.

Channel 02
Five steps, in this order, every time. You will know the plan before the doors open.
Step one
We look at the venue, the entrances, the blind corners, the lot and the exits — on site where possible, by video and floor plan when the event is out of state.
Step two
Head count, armed or unarmed, post map, shift times and a written quote. No surprise line items on the invoice afterward.
Step three
Every officer gets written orders for their post: what to watch, what to allow, who to call, and exactly where the line is on escalation.
Step four
Officers arrive early, in uniform, on radio. A named supervisor stays reachable to you the entire time. Incidents get logged as they happen.
Step five
A written summary within forty-eight hours: what happened, what was handled, and what to change if you run the event again.

Documentation is available to any client on request, along with immunization records for venues that still require them.

Michael started in security in 1994 and has been on a post in some form ever since — armed contract work, apartment property management alongside local law enforcement, a federally recognized tribal nation, a Homeland Security contract, and retail floors in three cities.
Before all of that he spent eighteen years on the air at nine radio stations across the Carolinas. It is not a footnote. The job of a security officer is overwhelmingly talking: to a guest who has had too much, to a promoter whose night is going sideways, to an officer on the other end of a radio. He learned to do that under a live mic, and it is the first thing he trains for.
Earlier still: youth mentoring, Special Olympics weight-lifting instruction, recreation programming for seniors and physically challenged residents, and support staff work with abused adolescents. That is the temperament the firm hires for.
